ok Jus t figured i would create a thread and see what fellow brewers have in the works this fine Sunday. I have a Blonde Ale That in about 1/4 the way thru.. Lets hear it and or share the pics.:mug:

brewed a partial mash ipa. my 2nd pm. even though i had trouble maintaining a temp in my 3G cooler i pretty much hit my numbers. although i had it worked out in beersmith at 60%

Brewed my rye amber ale today. First time using my cooler mash tun and severely missed my mash temp. thus low efficiency. Next time I will pre-heat the tun with more water and increase my strike temp by a few degrees.

BTW is the brew 365 mash calculator accurate? I missed my mash temp by about 8 degrees!?

brewed an english pale ale this afternoon. I am glad I didn't offically retire the old mash tun, because although my new tun was rock solid without leaks yesterday, it was leaking like a mofo when it counted.

I don't know if it was because of the heat or that the piece of tube from the false bottom to the bulkhead was too long and is pushing on the bulkhead just enough. I would have loved to try and tighten the coupler but I didn't have anything long enough to get in there to get a grip on the metal.

I racked 2 brews into carboys today and just finished brewing a Pale Ale. :D

Then I sampled a Cyser (5 gals Apfelwein, 2 lbs corn sugar and 3 lbs honey) that I put together on 17 January...yes, 5 months ago! :rockin: It tastes great and is ready for bottling this week or next weekend.

Well, I am cheating here but I brewed a Copperhook clone and a American Wheat yesterday. I haven't pitched the yeast yet though as I wanted to use the actual wort for the starter.

made a belgian white that should be a little different than the norm... forgot to boil the orange peel and coriander, threw them in afterwards for steeping.

Got a starter going right now for a brew day tomorrow... Ended up going with a Wit due to the limited strains of yeast at the LHBS.

I made an Imperial Strawberry Blonde on Saturday. Well, it is technically a wheat now and will be a strawberry blonde next week as I rack into the secondary.
