Oily Substance in Siphon Tube

I let my siphon tube sit in a properly mixed solution of FIve Star sanitation for about a week. It now has an oily substance on the inside of the tube I cannot get out. I have soaked it in hot soapy water and used a power bottle cleaner to pressure wash the inside but no luck.

Any suggestions? Is it ok to just sanitize again and let it go?

If you soak it in something like oxyclean then maybe that would get rid of it. I've left stuff sitting in star san for a while too and it does a film on it, but oxyclean usually takes care of it.
