I just bottled my first batch. An Irish Red. Great color, tasted pretty good. I made my primer with white sugar and a pint of water. I boiled for 5 minutes as recipe called for. After bottling, I realized that I was using a 1/3 cup measure instead of a 1/4 cup measure. In short, I used 1 cup of white sugar in one pint of water as my primer instead of 3/4 cup. Will my bottles explode? How badly did I mess this one up???
