im calling your bluff. i dont "score" checkins on untappd and my commentary is rar regarding opinion/thoughts

i say a lot more on this site in the DDT/proper glassware/intihar/cellar reviews threads
I know/knew. That's why I said I'm going to miss wondering what you thought of something.

Anyways I was just joking. I have like 10 friends (9 now :( ) and 43 checkins in 3 years. ;)

I like your style. Please send another friend request (i searched and couldnt find you.) I saw you post recently about voodoo...did we meet at one of the prior barrel room collection release? I was super drunk both times and it took months of discussion with new acquainances to fill me in and remember the details of the last release :O

I'm sure this has been mentioned a million times, but I REALLY wish there was a "mutual friends" function for when someone requests you...

I normally scroll through to look for mutual friends. I'd like that feature, but if I just saw "10 mutual friends" I might accept without realizing that it's one of those idiots who has 1000000 friends.

Doesn't it do this (maybe only when you log in on the web, not the app)? I just rejected some guy because I saw we had 1 mutual friend... who was someone I didn't know.

It doesn't actually show a list of "mutual friends," right? It just shows that person's friends and indicates which ones you are and are not friends with.

Common stupac2 !!!

Thanks for the idea Sage

Why are IPAs showing up with vintages? I've noticed this with Double Jack, Exponential Hoppiness, and now Pliny the Younger. I'm sure there are more out there.

Is that something I can flag for merging, or do they want it that way?

It's complicated. You can flag them, they might get merged, but basically we've been completely unable to create a vintage policy that isn't "anything goes". I've argued repeatedly to only allow it for styles that are reasonable to age, but it's like herding cats.

Eventually there will be a system that makes it less stupid, but that's been "coming soon" since late 2011 so who knows when we'll see it?

ive never understood why people would make their own black and tans or any beer blend and then subsequently add it to untappd. its only slightly less ridiculous than the people who set up their own randal/french press and pick out random table scraps and fridge leftovers to put in it and add it as a new beer.

saw a guy on untappd drinking founders vanilla cinnamon coffee paprika hershey dark syrup skoal breakfast stout the other day... however, even that was less offensive than a bunch of dickbags from Scandinavia randomly giving my homebrew a 1 out 5. :( wasnt even the right style of bottle...or label

gives me a sad that when i report it "that function/reason is disabled."

Report them, that should be deleted.

What do you mean, they added a bad beer to your home brewery? Or they checked into your beer when they weren't drinking it? If you give me the beer I can take care of either one.

they drank a beer with a similar name and checked it in to my homebrew instead of the brewery

just looked now and 10 of the 20 total checkins are false
"blaberliner" is the name of the beer

What should they be checked into? Can you link both beers' untappd entries here?

after some digging... i have discovered the beer they meant
