I know they've gotta make money, but maybe add a "send this to my inbox" button on the screen. Could get annoying quick if that starts happening a lot.

Untappd needs a calendar function, where you can click on a specific day and see what you drank (hopefully this makes sense, im drunk typing).

Already fixed. A lot of other people pay a lot of attention to those forums, which is why I recommend them so heavily.

thanks. looks like it's up and running again, but I found another glitch.
I just happened to be the first customer on a new creation at Knee Deep, first growler fill on it after kegging last night, tried to enter it on UNTAPPD, went through the new brew process and a prompt comes up saying only numbers can be in the abv field. yes? I know this. wouldn't let me enter this new kick ass brew, kept giving me that prompt before booting me.
strong tasty new chit...the growler is going to kick my shorts. it's already started...

Right now there's some kind of serious server issue, some moderators are reporting that they can't check in at all. So it might just be a part of that.

Knee Deep just released a new triple IPA today called Think Twice. I got the first pour out of the keg, it's killer per usual for this brewer. They didn't tell me the IBU's, I'm guessing around 132 which is common for them. It just keeps prompting that numbers only in that field, which is all I put.

It took me 18mos. to get to this many uniques. I can't even fathom getting to the next level (2500 unique) at this point.

Do you think you could take into account where a user is from whe recommending beers? Recommending Alchemist or Lawson's when I'm in Chicago doesn't really help me.

Wondering if anyone can help me here. I've been going back and fixing old, incorrect or duplicate check-ins (deleting the old one and re-checking in to the correct beer). If I delete an old check-in where a badge was awarded, say Heavy Weight Level 8 when I'm now well beyond Level 10, do I permanently lose that badge? What about Levels 9 and 10? Will lost badges come back when I check in to a new beer in that category? Thanks in advance.

Oh, and if you're wondering why I'm doing this--well not only am I an Idiot, I'm also very meticulous.

I'm confused, did you check into the wrong beer because you made a mistake, or is the entry you checked into somehow wrong? If the entry is wrong we can merge/correct it, so you don't have to do that...

I checked into the wrong vintages on some beers and want to fix these instances.

Developing it isn't a priority for them. I can ask how it works if you really care, but it's always been sort of an afterthought, basically "what's stuff in that style that's also highly related?" I don't think they do any kinds of crazy big data correlations, though they might.

I feel like people see the recommendations and because they know they aren't great, make a big deal out of them; but wouldn't use them anyway if they were right.
