Flew out to PHX on Wednesday am, flew out Thursday night to LAX, redeye from LAX to JFK and back home Friday morning - all for work but what a whirlwind.

First of all, huge thanks to henrythehippo for his recommendations in the Phoenix area (they were spectacular) as well as his generosity of surprising me with a "bottle" behind the bar at Wren Brewing which really ended up being 3 bottles. Retaliation will be coming your way, just hoping for the weather to be more consistently warm.

Then I came home to two boxes, one of which was a trade with someone not on this site:

And last, but certainly not least, TheFarmBoy3 sent me a "thank you" box... what the hell?!?! This was far too much thanks but I obviously appreciate it!

I think the weekend drinking slate is now set.

Mikkeller does ship within Europe, ordered a few things recently.

A one time thing (or so) for a newopening in Copenhagen. Some of the cases found its way to the webshop. When they opened another bottleshop last year, they had Heady Topper.

Friday mail from Davepool is always on point. Great fresh cans for all of my winter hop needs. Special shout out for those Tree House cans. Never an easy drive especially in the winter.

Thursday work trip downstate with a stop over in St Louis for a few hours. Did the full circle from Narrow Gauge for lunch, then grabbed a cold brew and some beans at Sump, then a bottle of the Sump variant at Perennial with those same beans, then lucky to snag bottles at SP Cellar and a lovely pour of Biere Blanche, and a final latte and some beans at Blueprint on my way out of town. Even got an IP tick of Lansman at SP Cellar.
