Got a message from Splodey saying he would send some Vig... Got this excellent box. Didn't even know the first two existed. Return box being planned.

And got this "homebrew" from a new wild yeast supplier in Tasmania. They are harvesting and culturing up wild yeast for homebrewers. Really curious to see how it goes.

Be careful. Brett and sour meads don't tend to have the best shelf life. If you get it where you want it, the brett will just keep eating and leave it a mess. Speaking of which, I probably have a Hibiscus Brett Brux from B Nextar past due drinking.
