Update on Saturday's delivery to The Beer Cellar and the release of three new beers at The Beer Cellar on Saturday (from Facebook):

Farmhouse Mild and Tradition are now available at The Beer Cellar! Details on those beers and a release of three more beers below!

Farmhouse Mild is a petit saison fermented in stainless with our house culture. The base beer features a rotating blend of hops and adjunct grains based on what we have on hand for each batch. Starting next year we should have some of our own hops to use in this beer.

Tradition is a stainless-fermented saison with Saaz and Hallertau hops, fermented with several Saccharomyces strains plus our house culture. It's less fruity and a bit more tart than our other beers.

On Saturday October 7, we will be releasing three new beers at The Beer Cellar:

Saison Amer: Denali & Mosaic. Hoppy saison fermented in oak with our house culture and then dry hopped with Denali and Mosaic.

Saison Meer: Rhubarb. Our Midwestern saison fermented in oak with our house culture and then refermented with organic rhubarb from Indiana.

Petit Meer: A table-style version of our Midwestern saison, likewise fermented in oak with or house culture.

Hey Thorpe429 - do you have any plans to distribute to a shop in Chicago? (Beer Temple pls :D) I'd love to try some of these but haven't been able to make a trek out to The Beer Cellar just yet. Sounds like they are worth the trip, though!

No immediate plans, but The Beer Temple will definitely be at the top of the list for places we hope will carry the beers when production is high enough for distribution outside of the Western suburbs!

Is there an actual release event on saturday or just bottles for sale?

As of now, I have no plans on Saturday for the first time in months. **** yeah. What time should I line up outside to drink diabeetus stouts before opening?

Thorpe429 Farmhouse mild and Tradition are tasty beers!!! Love the $7.99 price point on the pair.
Tradition had a citrus zestiness that was overpowered in the Farmhouse Mild by the "new world" hop presence.
Both beers were quite enjoyable!

Thanks! Those ones were fermented in stainless and used some faster-attenuating blends (still including the same house culture) so the price point gets knocked down a bit.
