I brewed a 5Gal Dunkel (AG) on 9/5/10, made a large 6L starter (following Mr. Malty), 2 week ferm, 2 week secondary, and has been lagering @ 33F for 3 weeks. I am getting a cidery maybe apple flavor as an after note. Could this be a "green" beer thing and I need to wait more (ugh!).
