No, I don't think the towel's been thrown, especially considering that they're trying to and have acquired talent. There are some very good or great receivers in the fold fortunately.
Golden is around 30 and in the last year of his contract. Not fond (way understated) and never have been by purely business-motivated decisions.
Tate seemed to be a solid guy that you would want on your team, never trade, but what do I know? My info is only based on the media.

I was totally digging Mullen's performance because it made an unwatchable game watchable.
