It had a wonderful ending!

This was the "Miked Up" footage. Great stuff - the NFL is full of head cases.

And Edelman is totally a maniac. God love him and keep his brain from scrambling...

Cheers!

I was wondering if that guy liked chicks. It's tough to tell when he wears skinny jeans and a v-neck .

3) how the debate about whether or not Belichick is the greatest coach ever is now over and it is Belichick in a landslide.

Shula, Gibbs, Walsh, Holmgren...all better

Uhm think you're forgetting Lombardi. .900 playoff record, 5 championships in 9 years and dude died 2 years after retiring just to prove a point.

Belicheck greatest coach ever? Check his record before Brady. That's like saying Tony Dungy is a great coach. Having an all-time great QB covers a LOT of holes.

Really?? Tony Dungy is now Belichick's equiv? Come on.

I think Belichick's name absolutely belongs in the conversation but even I wouldn't fight hard to name him THE best ever. He doesn't have the win totals that some of the big names that come to mind do. He certainly has the Super Bowls and I think you can easily make an argument that he's done it in a much more difficult era given free agency and even as something as basic as the number of teams.

Thing is.... he's not done.

And gimme a effin break on "ewww he had Brady". Name a "best coach" candidate who didn't have a monster player on their team.

Brady on the other hand.... there is no debate. That debate is over.

I'll concede that Belicheck is in the top-10 of NFL coaches of all time, however I think a significant portion of the teams success should be attributed to Brady. Life without Brady is coming soon so Belicheck will get his chance to prove it. He's certainly not taking any analyst jobs.

I wouldnt be surprised if he retired when Brady does. Great way to solidify his legacy.

Oh...and the Pats are cheaters.

We could go back and forth for years about who the greatest coach, QB, player of all time is. The one thing we cant debate is who the greatest team of all time is (you know, considering this IS a team sport).

Belichick kept him on the team as a 4th string quarterback. Rewritten history says that he fought to keep him. Not just the offensive coaching team. So there would probably be no Brady without Belichick.

Just saw a couple quick clips of the Pats parade... one of the signs in the crowd: "Sherman likes Nickleback".

That's funny right there... I don't care who you are.

NFL Network is replaying the Patriots total domination over the Seahawks.

"Best Background TeeVee Evah!"

Every time I watch this classic it's obvious Seattle loaded up with tall receivers so they'd have a fighting change to catch all the 50/50 balls their quarterback launches. Honestly, he'd be nothing with a receiving core loaded with Edelmans and Welkers.

Anyway...back to the game! I love the ending! :ban:

Cheers! ;)

and is then dragging the headphones behind himself. I don't know if anyone stuck a mic down Lynch's throat to ask him that tho. Check out the Matt Lauer interview with Carroll.

Sorry but there is no comparison between Bradshaw, Montana, and Brady because the table is nowhere near equal. Have you lost your freaking minds?

Not that I think Bradshaw was the greatest QB ever but he played in a time where many things were completely allowed not to mention the fairly significant steroid use making them mobile wrecking balls.

Montana is a little bit closer (not to mention a stellar QB albeit fed a bit of the Aikman benefits) in that things were cleaned up somewhat, *SOME* things were still kind of iffy though and they still took quite the beating.

Brady? Look, I don't hate the guy but the distance between the pansy kicker and the pansy @$$ QB have gotten much closer to each other. If you look at a QB and actually thinking about tackling them it would be a penalty now if they figure out how do recognize it. It's pathetic. All for a bunch of dip@#$%s that, quite frankly, appear to j@rk off over the scoreboard tally at the end of the game.... Sorry but you might as well send Brady out wearing a pink tutu and then wonder why people barely give a @#$%.

And can you honestly blame people for distancing themselves from the Pats given their record? You've all but virtually guaranteed adoption of the team by the least possible desirable fans watering down the percentage of quality fanbase to laughable parody. I don't blame NE but still, I can at least recognize the catalyst and it isn't the winning persay.

^^^ I'm pretty sure you're the only person, outside of his immediate friends and family, who has *ever* included Terry Bradshaw in the discussion of "Greatest QB Of All Time." Which basically renders everything else you said as meaningless.

Joe Cool versus Tommy Terrific? I don't know, and I don't particularly care. Montana was the best QB I saw for many years, but the game is different. So, you can't just look at their raw stats and compare them. But, you look at how consistently exceptional Brady has been, for so many years, with "weapons" at receiver some years and with discards and afterthoughts catching his passes other years.

And all that bull**** about "Brady in a pink tutu" is complete and utter nonsense. I can't quickly find current data, but going into the 2013 season Brady had been 88/91 in running the QB sneak for his career. Just about every game, it seems, they've got 3rd-and-1 or 4th-and-1. Brady gets the ball, and he gets the yard every ****ing time.

I tell you what - if Seattle and New England's roles had been reversed, and New England has the ball at the one yard line to win the game? That's a QB keeper and a New England victory. There's nobody tougher in the league when you absolutely need one yard - not Beast Mode, nobody.

LOL...

You're dumb.

It's funny to read your dumb words.

I could almost agree with you until this last line of stupidity. :D

Tom Brady gets that one yard 99% of the time.

What was Marshawn Lynch's success rate this year, needing 1 yard to score? 1 for 5?

It's annoying that everyone, EVERYONE assumes that if they gave the ball to Lynch, he was automatically going to score. Nik had already blown him up earlier in the half. He's still got to get past Big Vinnie. Chandler Jones and Jamie Collins are two of the quickest DL/LB players in the league - those guys can get in the backfield in a heartbeat.

In reverse order... You're deluded. He's a fine running back but if I wanted 1 yard at crunch time and I can choose anyone he isn't it.

Secondly, Brady actually gets a few yards here and there... There's a shocker. Because honestly what freaking defensive player would ever expect him to run it? He's a passing QB, always has been and always will be. Besides, who really wants to be kicked in the groin? He's still a pansy as most modern QBs are. He's just an extremely talented one when it comes to reading defenses and tossing the ball.

Thirdly, While I get the comparison since the three won 4 Super Bowls each, I point you to Cape's post for the Bradshaw thing......
Wasn't my origination...

LOL...

You're dumb.

Funny, I say the same thing about yours...
