Im working on an oatmeal stout recipe. I want it a little on the bigger side, so it is out of style a bit, but what do you guys think of the balance and ingredient list?

1.5 lb Flaked oats (11%)
0.5 lb chocolate malt (4%)
0.25 lb black patent (2%)
0.25 lb roasted barley (2%)
2.0 oz UK goldings @ 4.5%
5.5 gal batch, 75% eff. OG 1.062, SRM 31, IBU 30.5. Plan on using S-04 yeast.
