I have been looking at a lot of recipes for oatmeal stouts and have been playing with the following:

5 Gallon partial mash

2# marris otter
1# rolled oats
12 oz. chocolate malt 350L
12 oz. caramel 60L
4 oz. roasted barley 300L
3 1/2# light DME

1 oz. fuggle or EKG @ 60 minutes
1 oz. fuggle or EKG @ 30 minutes

O.G. 1.055
F.G. 1.016

Yeast: wlp002, wlp005, etc.

See any major issues with this? Suggestions?

Thanks, Tony

Well, other than the fact that you used Fuggle hops not really. That is just a personal preference though, I'm not a big fan of them. Other than that looks like you got a good start.
