Okay guys,
Two weeks ago I brewed up basically a Two Hearted Clone (attached if you want to check it out), but I want to put some expresso beans/hungarian oak shavings into the secondary fermenters. I can't seem to find good estimates on the coffee or the oak, but was thinking maybe a quarter pound of expresso per carboy (each is gonna have about 4 gallons in it) and maybe 3/4oz of oak? The beer is going to be sitting on them (plus more delicious Centennial hops) for about 3 weeks as well, of anybody thinks that will change anything.
