I have some solids that will be tossed into the secondary; Cocoa nibs, whole coffee beans, and vanilla bean. I was going to toss them all in a sanitized bowl with vodka and let it sit overnight.

My plan was to put it all in the secondary, but I hate when I have all those floaties later, so I was going to put the solids in a nylon bag that I normally use for steeping or hopping. Once sanitized is it ok for the beer to leave the bag in the secondary? Is it ok for the bag?

Put them in your nylon bag first, then in a jar (or bowl with a lid, or other lidded container) and add enough vodka to cover. Let it sit at least overnight, or for a few days. Add the bag and the vodka to your secondary.
