Nylon Bag Cleaning

I did my first partial yesterday and had some decent success. The one thing that didn't go well is the cleaning of my nylon bag. What is the recommended method of cleaning a nylon bag? Clothes washer? Dish washer? Soap and a sponge?

I usually throw mine in the laundry, but I have run them through the top rack of the dishwasher, too.

I usually clean/rinse them up best I can after use when everything else is being cleaned. It seams almost impossible to get every little grain out of there but I don't worry too much cause the next use will be going back into wort thats about to be boiled

I just use baking soda/hot water.As long as you rinse soon after using it the easier to clean.I use mine after steeping to filter the wort into primary just by rinsing baking soda then dipping into the sanitizer a little while.Probably rinsing the sanitizer with distilled water right before.

I wash mine inside out with oxyclean and rinse with a kitchen sprayer, hang it to dry and then blow off the dried grain/husks with some compressed air. Prior to brewing, i soak it in the sanitizer bucket while waiting on the boil. I know it's not needed to sanitize before the boil, but I am OC about cleanliness in the brewery.

Don't know if I would want laundry or dishwasher soap residue on it.

Dump out the grain, rinse out the sugary wort, hang to dry, turn inside out and wipe the grain off and put it away for next time.

I toss it on the deck and let the dogs clean it up. After the goodness is gone, they will rinse it. Then back into rotation.
