Flowering stage, soil pH is 6.5 and plenty of water (SIP)
No major pest problems I can see

Have you done a soil test to see if it's lacking in anything? Garden stores and big box stores have small kits that are easy to use.

No need for a soil test. The fading between the leaf veins is a magnesium deficiency and the spotting is a calcium deficiency.

Spraying the plants with a foliar solution of CalMag (or similar calcium / magnesium product) will solve both very quickly. You may be able to get away with just a magnesium only spray (epsom salts) but this will be dependent on how much calcium the plant already has to work with. You can also water the nutrients in, though they will take longer to show results.
