Has anyone experienced any nuisance trips with their setup?

I searched and didn't see any listed.

Just curious as I know SSR's can leak through their base.

Also feel there must be some condensate in the element housing.

Steel casters on your mobile stand?

Thanks,
'da Kid

Or perhaps your GFCI needs replaced...even if brand new, sometimes they are bad.

That'd do it too. Sounded like it was a refularly occurring thing. Not a one off that would have a reason and the gfci was doing its job.

If you suspect you have an actual ground fault problem, you could disconnect individual loads from the system and see if the problem goes away.

Bensiff's comment is valid as well. You may have a bad GFCI
