Hi all

im new here and was hoping for some ideas.
being a novice im planning on making a chocolate stout.
i'm going to use a coopers stout kit which makes 23 liters at 5.2%
for the chocolate i m going to use 360g of 100% Javan Indonesian Black, from a company called Willie's Cacao.

so my question is would that amount of chocolate in the mix have an effect on the alcohol level?

is it worth adding milk at the end before bottling? and if so how much would you need for 23 liters?

regards
Richard P
