My buddy bought me a case of beer for my birthday. We're no longer buddies....

All that headddddd mmmm!

I still buy beer, but even though I am new to this I still think I always will.

My list of beers is short, and I find myself limiting it to:
(2) bombers of Hebrew Hop Manna
(2) bombers of Gigantic IPA
(2) 4 packs of Overated
(2) 6 packs of Gumballhead
(1) 6 pack Zombie dust
(1) 6 pack of 312 wheat
(1) 6 pack of boulevard Single wide
(1) 12 pack miller lite
(1) 12 pack Reds Strawberry ale

These are bought like every 2 weeks. used to be every week (we do host alot, not all for me)

I find I buy more expensive beer. A case of Miller just doesn't do it anymore.

80% of my home consumption is HB.

Got a El Segundo triple IPA the other day, 22oz. For $14! It was good but $14 good? 11.1% abv. A bit much. I like the Ballast Point "sculpin". Bit pricey but good.

I tend to use 1.25 cups of DME boiled in 2 cups water and add to my bottling bucket for 5 gallon batches. This was an IPA. Thanks

In the beer I pictured i used maltodextrin for the first time in the recipe. Maybe that had something to do with the head being so long lasting?

My first stout, still buy Guinness lol, for now.

My buddy got back from Dublin couple weeks ago, he said it was life changing when it hit his lips... Haha.

I need to figure out how to get a firm head that lasts until the last drop. Frothy, not so spaced and bubbly like this if you zoom in.

Thats a good looking beer btw

I always get sweet water ipa or founders centennial
12pack cans r the best
