Howdy Y'all!
It's been a while, but after a multi-year brewing hiatus, I'm back!!
I have a smaller place now (read: far less brewing capacity), and did my first 1 gallon BIAB batch this past weekend. I'm stoked to see how it turns out, but since it's a Monster Brew 1gallon 'kit' with no ingredient list, I have no idea if my OG of 1.042 is even close.
Anyway, great to be back, and great to read my old posts. Lots of good memories around those beers.
