Hey guys, been lurking for a while and decided to join. I'm a member of a motorcycle forum and know how you cant put a price on the wealth of information available from others on the web. I brewed through college mostly all grain and dropped the hobby for a while since i was moving almost every year and I'm back at it. I still have my allgrain cooler setup but I'm keeping it to mostly partial mash recipes simply for the sake of ease. Got my kegerator running before the warm summer rolled in and have a helles bock, honey pilsner, and a heffeweiss on tap with another in the primary.

Thanks in advance for any help offered. I can only hope that I too can be of some assistance to others.

Actually closer than you know. I'm outside of roxbury. Actually have a Lodi mailing address. I'm just south of crystal lake.

First reply to first post is a neighbor, that's irony.

I ride a vtx 1300 and brew beer! But never at the same time.. that wort can be hot!

Welcome aboard! What kind of scoot do you ride?

Riding a vs1400 Intruder. Lovin this warm spring too. Can't get out enough.

I hear you! And now, MI is also a no helmet required state! Can't say I think that's a good idea, but most of us are grown up enough to make our own decisions and hopefully live with the consequences. :off:

Anyhow, looking forward to hearing of your brewing adventures too!
