Anythign works I guess. I think theres a way to edit on on googledocs if I did the permissions right. Or if its just a few PM me what needs to be changed since I cant send documents through PMs
 
id suggest the opposite of chilling fast and trying out a hopstand. I usually like 8oz or so added after flameout to get an enormous amount of hop character with no jaw clenching bitterness at the end

That could get expensive.
 
I just learned from Radical Brewing that a lot of the high alpha acid hops don't necessarily have corresponding high flavor oils, so more are needed for aroma and flavor profiles.

LOL tell that to my wallet. Read the draft article I posted. TO be able to consistently create something of your own creation with better hop character than any commercial beer....well worth it IMO
