Till kinda new to brewing. Cooked my wort just like my few other batches, added wyeast at perfect temp after aerating 3 days no foam no airlock activity gravity unchanged at all. added another package of wyeast 5 days still nothing same gravity. Both packages or wyeast good blew up nice like supposed to . what is my problem ? can anyone help? What's your recommendation?

Tell us a little more about the kit you used and the process. What is the (unchanged) gravity of the wort? Is there a foamy ring around the fermenter just above the wort?

4 lb dme wheat 1 oz hallertau hops 1 oz coriander wort at 75*

Just reached gravity must be going just no foam started at around .045 now at .011.

Even with absolutely no foam at least gravity can't lie right?

What monkeybox said. Maybe a leak somewhere. Make sure your airlock is tight in whatever fermentation vessel you use.

Gravity don't lie, Son. If it has dropped...Something happened.

The foam can come and go in the course of a few hours if your fermentation is vigorous enough. As others said a slow ferment may not produce a Krausen.. But I'd be concerned about stress yeast flavors in that case.
