Have a pound of nb's and about 8 oz of amarillos...all vacuum sealed in the freezer...any recipe ideas out there to get ahead of a spring beer? Typically I'm mostly an ipa/dipa hophead, but made a steam a few years back and dug it (way more than anchor at least)...if anyone has a balanced recipe on the higher ibu side that uses both hops I'd love to hear it...thanks in advance!
