Yeah unfortunately i had to drop out and will miss out on this buy(so someone else will have to handle payments).

Right now, the list i have shows everyone who posted brings the count to 32 sacks, so that would leave 10 for you Josh. (possibly more if someone cancells there order or changes the order amounts)

thanks for the advice.....why do you say that? i was willing to coordinate and wanted to get it started so i posted. i can email the order into NCM and have them send me the invoice than foward it to whoever.

it doesnt take much for someone to post there paypal email and than post whos paid/hasnt yet...than call up NCM when everyone has

glad your thinking straight now. but no, one person should collect payments via paypal from the other 12 people than that one person call it in to pay

None of the group buys I've been involved in have functioned in this manner. I think the way to do it is for one trusted person to finalize the order, get a quote from NCM, post totals, collect Paypal payments from each brewer, and submit one final payment to NCM. We don't want to irritate them and risk losing the group buy opportunity.
