Good afternoon guys,

I was wondering if anyone on here had experience or was knowledgeable about the brewery permitting process in North Carolina. It's a fairly progressive state when it comes to the craft beer scene. My wife and I are considering starting a small brewery here in Raleigh, but are a bit confused on what permits are needed.

So far I've located this:

http://abc.nc.gov/permits/commercial_kinds.aspx#GS18B1104

It's the North Carolina brewery application permit. I would assume I would need some local permits such as business license, etc. I'd also need to go through the TTB. I found some fun permits here:

http://www.ttb.gov/forms/5000.shtml

Is this it or am I missing something?
