So after walking away from the spring clip and a ton of drinks last night celebrating Bruins wrought of the canucks....it came to me.

Drywall screw + drill = spear in trash

See pics....easy as pie, screw pulls it out.

Nice idea. Though I never really had a problem getting the spring out, that certainly is an easy way to do it.
