Hello all...I am planning on learning some techniques and have so many questions. I am planning on building my own brewing equipment and have questions, but let me start by saying several years back, I bought a home brew starter kit. I brewed about 5 extract kits and now want go into all grain. I have been watching videos and want to build a kit that I can do at least 10 gallons at a time. I have an empty keg and plan to start off with building a brew kettle. I am so excited about brewing.

Welcome! There's lots to learn and this is the place to research homebrewing and ask questions of an army of veteran homebrewers who are willing to help new guys get their feet wet.

It's a fun and rewarding hobby.
