Yes, I am from the home of Anheuser-Busch-InBev, but don't judge us by that bohmeath of bad brew. There are a lot of home brewers here that remember (and brew) what good beer tastes like! I am a noob, and looking forward to a process that allows me to learn and enjoy for years to come!

I am from Arnold, MO originally. Moved when I was 4 but still got a lot of family back there! I think that being from St Louis means you of all people should be getting into homebrewing

Dont forget Schafly "The Real St louis Brewery". I love that they jumped all over that one.
One thing i will tell you is that your homebrew (if you stick with this) will eventually be better than schaflys. Im on my tenth All Grain batch and ive been focusing on Sweet Stouts. Schaflys Oatmeal stout tastes watered down now. Welcome to the obession.
