Hey guys, just want to check in.... I have been reading these threads and now and it has guided me through my first two batches. Although I may have made some minor mistakes during my first (an IPA) I think that I worked them out during my second (a stout). I just bottled my IPA yesterday and the stout is fermenting away now.
Anywho, thanks for all the info and I expect these treads will answer many more questions in the future.
