I'm a total noob, my first extract only brew is in my brand new fermentor.
Down here in South Africa it's winter and we're being plauged by a nasty cold snap.
Spent a big portion of the day in front of the computer learning so much about brewing from this amazing board.
Edit: I think I should mention that the kit is a basic German lager (as supplied with the kit) thats being fermented by a muntons premium gold yeast.
