Hello
I just started brewing last November with an all grain kit from the brooklyn brew shop. First batch was 1 gallon of their everyday IPA. Liked the process so much I quickly put together enough equipment to start doing five gallon batches. So now I have a Scottish 70 schilling, a Saison and a Black IPA/CDA all in various stages of fermentation in my basement! I've been lurking here for a few weeks picking up tips and tricks - this is a great resource for folks new to home brewing. Planning on making Edworts Hefe this coming weekend after I bottle the Saison.
