My brother couldn't get his racking can and siphon to cooperate. So he just poured his wort directly into the bottling bucket. Is this ok?
 
Yes, the beer will be oxidized (some parts of beer don't like oxygen after fermentation). Drink it within 3-4 months and you will not even notice it.
 
Obviously it "worked" but I'm sure that you know it's not the best solution for avoiding oxidation. For next time you could consider getting an autosiphon, which is the best 14 dollars I've spent since I started this hobby.
