I'm trying to brew a simple, clean pale ale using only noble hops (my brewing store is limited to only tettnang, hallertau, and saaz). i cant find any suitable recipe online. I NEED A GOOD, SIMPLE RECIPE. all grain.

I bottled a hallertau-vienna malt SMASH yesterday, and I can hardly wait for it to carbonate. It's a beautiful orange color with an awesome fruity hop taste and a smoothly bitter finish. I'm sure the same brew with 2-row would be tasty - just don't be sparing with the late hops.
One malt, 1 to 3 hops - what could be simpler than that, and it's guaranteed to be delicious.
Don't be fooled by some of the more complicated recipes - a simple grain bill and hop schedule can make great beer.
Btw, I made the SMASH with Budweiser hops from the brewery - they were 2008 crop, but still had plenty of flavor. Look out for this year's giveaway.

I recently experimented with an Edel Experiment-ALE.....

My recipe was:

11# 2-Row

.5 oz Saaz @ 60
.5 oz Tradition @ 60
.5 oz Saaz @ 30
.5 oz Tradition @ 30
.5 oz Saaz @ 15
.5 oz Tradition @ 15

Mashed at 150 for 90 minutes - boiled for 90 minutes
SG: 1.060
FG: TBD - expecting 1.014

Pitched 1 hydrated package of Safale US-05

I brewed four batches of EdWort's Haus Pale Ale last January, and "single-hopped" each with a different strain (Hallertau, Tettnager, Saaz, and Perle). I followed EdWort's schedule and the IBU's worked out pretty close to each other.

Hallertau was the overwhelming popular favorite, followed by Saaz. Tett was good early, but took on a harsher finish as the beer aged. Almost nobody liked the Perle version.

You can find EdWort's recipe here:
