I have been lurking in the shadows getting a ton of advice of this site, and this culminated on my first all grain brew over the weekend (see my other post for details).
Im from New Zealand and have been brewing for the last couple of years but in the last few months have stepped it up and moved away from just using kits (mainly).
I grew up drinking New Zealand Draughts (which are essentially light/amber lagers) and English bitter, but in more recent years have been introduced to craft beers and decided to get into it myself.
as far as my current brews go I have an Ordinary Bitter and a Black Rock Cider (extract) for drinking, and IPA an porter bottle conditioning and a Bock, English Pale ale (all grain) and another BR cider in the fermenters.
Happy homebrewing everyone
