So I am doing two batches today, a honey pale and a belgian wit. Got the Honey Pale mashing, about to put together the grains for my wit and I realized I am out of coriander. I have the 2 liter starters of each yeast ready to go. What kind of beer could I expect if I brew with simple grains and no spices. Will it be a cloudy semi tart wheat beer?

Obviously I know the beer wont be a wit since it lacks the key ingredient. Maybe I am better off putting the starter in the fridge and back on the stir plate for next week

you can wait to go to your lhbs to get coriander, but it's a common spice now. if you can't get it in a grocery store, look for it in an india-indian-type grocery store if you have 1 close

f'n dog came by and dropped his f's rope/ chew toy right when I was done sparging and ready to boil. I am seriuously contemplating taking his a$$ to the pound (not really). I took off the lid to check the level in the kettle and he decides its a perfect time to play catch WTF. the F' with brewing this weekend. That just killed it

Dude, it was before the boil. I would've just fired up that kettle anyway and renamed it Hair of the Dog.
