Alright, so I wanted to put this out there because I haven't seen an answer and no one seems to know really what to do.

Say a SMaSH recipe with all centennial. This recipe already has a FWH and 5, 0, and Dry hop additions, how do you adjust for utilization? Do you move the 5 and 0 addition into DH? Additionally, would you add the 15 min to the already established FWH?

Example:

1 oz Centennial FWH
1 oz Centennial 30 min
1 oz Centennial 15 min
1 oz Centennial 5 min
1 oz Centennial 0 min
1 oz Centennial DH 7 days

This isn't a real recipe, but just a hypothetical.

Pol's chart added for quick reference. Give me your best ideas!

FWH stays the same. Other than that, follow what the chart says, even if that means adding on top of other additions.

What base grain are you using? I made a Vienna/Centennial SMaSH that was one of the best beers I've made.
