No-chill a partial batch?

I'm going to be brewing a 3.5 gallon batch soon and I want to cool it via the no chill method. My cube holds six gallons. I've always done it with 5-6 gallon batches. Is there any potential problem from leaving the cube only 55% full?

Should be the same as a full batch.
