my 1 day old brew is changing smell and the top of my contaior has pushed out so there is pressure in there but no bubbles coming from my blow off is this normal and should i see bubbles rising in my brew?

Maybe, maybe not. I've had beers ferment out overnight without any airlock bubbling, and I've had others sounding light freight trains.

Within the next 2 days, you should see more activity. You may not get a ton of explosive activity, but you should see some. If you don't though, don't worry about it. The yeast knows what to do, and how to ferment the beer. It'll be fine.
