I just got my new Refractometer today so I must brew tomorrow and put it to the test.
My Phat Tyre
Size: 10.5 gal /2
Efficiency: 80% or better
Attenuation: 77.9%
Calories: 338.8 per 22.0 fl oz

Original Gravity: 1.056 (1.026 - 1.120)
Terminal Gravity: 1.012 (0.995 - 1.035)
Color: 26.6 (1.0 - 50.0)
Alcohol: 5.7% (2.5% - 14.5%)
Bitterness: 37.48 (0.0 - 100.0)

Ingredients:
5.0 lbs Maris Otter Pale
2.0 lbs American Caramel 60°L
2.0 lbs Munich Malt
1.5 lbs Belgian Biscuit
1.0 lbs Belgian Aromatic
2.0 oz Spalt Spalter (4.75%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
1.0 oz Galena (13.00%) - added during boil, boiled 30.0 min
1.0 oz Hallertau Hersbruck (4.50%) - added during boil, boiled 15 min
2.0 lbs 2-Row Chocolate Malt
0.0 ea WYeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager Blend (5gal)
0.0 ea WYeast Fat Tire Ale (5gal)
8.0 lbs Pilsen Malt
Got started @~8:30 started crushing the grains wasn't paying attention overfilled my collection bucket only wasted a few ounces...
9:20 started mash 122* 30 min
10:00 raised temp to 155* 90 min
11:45 mashout 168*
12:00 start sparge
Crush was tooooo fine got a little sticky
In the brew pot now 13.5 gal brix was 13 = 1.052
Final runnings = brix 3
Wow!!! 10 gals brix 18= 1.072 pluged it back in and I have a 98.3% eff
after temp reached 60* hydrometer read 1.070 and brix was 17.5 = 95.65% eff
 
wow that is really good. now if you can do that consistantly with out tannin extraction you will be set.
