Next cider batch

Musselman cider was my first homemade alcohol! And one of my most recent batches too.

I pitched the yeast yesterday at 9:45 am and it was burping through the airlock every 20 seconds at 7:30 pm. And every 4 seconds this morning.

Adding this once primary fermentation is done.

Took a gravity reading on Tuesday: 1.048-1.000 using 9 grams of Muntons. I'm very happy with the results. I also added 7.6 ozs of raw coconut and saw signs of renewed fermentation Wednesday morning.
