Hello from frigid Mid-Michigan! I’m a fervent Mead lover and a newly started ‘Mead Maker’. With help of a gift mead kit from my Son, I just put my first one-gallon batch in second-fermentation. I’m using a mead kit from HomebrewingOhio. I will have questions as I proceed, hoping you experienced folks don’t mind my lack of experience too much! Thanx ahead of time for your help!

Be patient with her I like to give my meads about 6 months after fermentation before I bottle it
