Hi Everyone,

Brewed my first batch of beer (an American Micro Style pale ale) and just got to the bottling stage two nights ago. Everything went just fine, but I'm afaid I misread my instructions- as soon as the beer was bottled I put it in the fridge! Will that screw up the carbonation process- should I get it back out into room temperature for a couple of weeks? How long does it need to sit before refrigeration?

Thanks for the input fellas- I'll be starting my next batch this week and want to make sure I get it right!:rockin:

Yeah it will need 2-4 weeks to carbonate and age a bit. The bottles in your frifge are not harmed, just take them out and stick them in the closet. Give them a little swirl action after about a day to get the yeast back in suspension.
