Hello my Names Blair im form Seattle and ive been a alcoholic oh wait a brewer for about a month. Ive always wanted to take a crack at homebrewing beer, i worked in a local winery so i know how to do some brewing.

So far ive made a mirror pond clone, a snowcap clone and a belgein Dubbel..

I know i cant spell but who really cares?

I joined this site to learn more about brewing and hopefully my next brew will be this weekend and ill go for a all grain trippel or something strong and tasty.

Go for it and welcome. I brew once a week and do 10 gallon batches. There is nothing like good home crafted beer. I know you will enjoy yourself. What equipment are you using?
