Newbie brewing in Phoenix

Hello HBT! - I've enjoyed craft/micro-brews for a while, and just recently have discovered that I could potentially make my own! I've scoured the homebrew forums for the past 3 weeks trying to learn the lingo, equipment, processes, etc., and just kept getting more and more excited to dive in to the HB world. I actually just completed my first batch ever (a 1 gallon kit from Brooklyn Brew Shop); I will be outlining my process & thoughts in the beginners beer brewing forum for any constructive criticism

Hello Josh, Welcome... Brewing in Phoenis, someone told me you could put the kettel on the side walk in mid day and the sun would make it boil.
