I moved my warehouse and found some of my brewing stuff I only used a few times, so I'm back in.
I brewed a batch last night and went to get my bottles ready, but they had been thrown out. What other containers are good to use to ferment the beer? Otherwise I'll be drinking like a sailer to get some empty bottles.
Is there any info on water chemistry for water being used for brewing. Things such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, ect levels that are best?
