Hi everyone,
We own Vida Bela Orchard, a small berry farm in North Houston. Our main business is a wedding venue on the property. This year was the first year we really had time to play around with wine making. We bottled 27 bottles of muscadine wine and are in the middle of fermenting five gallons of blueberry wine. That is what brought me to the forum. After a week of almost no reaction, I sought help from the experts! All the suggestions helped, and our brew is finally bubbling! If this works, I’m on to blackberry cider next!
