I've considering home-brewing for awhile, and within the next week or so I will be taking the plunge. I've been ghosting this forum awhile, and reading a ton on the whole process, so I think I have a pretty good idea of what I'm getting into. Nice to meet everyone!

Hello everyone,
I have been brewing for about a year now, and I have read and use this site to search for much advise and project ideas in the past. Now I am ready to ask for the advise and give a little myself. Moving into all-grain and some question have already arise but we will play it by ear and see what happens.
