Ok I have hobbled together what amounts to a two tier brew stand with one pump two keggles and a cooler type MT. Mt is above keggles so I can gravity drain from MT to BK and pump from LT to MT. Is there any benefit or draw back to recirculating from MT by gravity into BK (over low heat if needed) then pump back into MT? Thanks.
